Qing Dynasty, Qianlong period, c. 1770

In the manner of Spoilum, the English lady modelled seated before a river estuary, wearing a silk taffeta dress, holding a parrot, within a romanticised European landscape, with two European gentlemen in a rowing boat, original English frame.
